Once you have installed the Mercado Pago plugin for Prestashop, you need to configure it. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Access your Prestashop account.
2. Access your store's administrative panel and click on Payment > Payment methods.
3. Search for "Mercado Pago" and click on Configure.

4. Select the store's country and then click on Link account.
5. Account linking: If you are already connected to your account, skip this step. Otherwise, enter your email and password to log in and continue with the linking process.
6. Click on Link account and accept the requested permissions. It will allow Mercado Pago to process your store's payments in an integrated manner.

7. The linking process will be performed automatically. Once started, it may take a few seconds to complete.

After these initial configurations, the next step is to configure the store's payment experiences according to the selected checkout type.
